25. RESOLUTION NO. - Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Landing Fees, Plane Parking, and Other Charges for Los Angeles International Airport: Effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, that will generate approximately $370 million in landing fee revenues; and rescission of Resolution 27685\nPURPOSE: The purpose of the proposed action is to request approval of Fiscal Year 2023-2024 landing fees, plane parking, and other rates and charges to be charged to air carriers for use of airfield and apron facilities at Los Angeles International Airport, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (31) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Landing Fees, Plane Parking and Other Charges at Los Angeles International Airport, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, as detailed in the staff report; further approve rescission of Resolution 27685 relating to the previous fiscal year's landing fees and other charges at Los Angeles International Airport; and further adopt the resolution, as attached to the staff report.
