RESOLUTION NO. - Amendment to the Methodology for Establishing Rates and Charges, effective July 1, 2023: For use of passenger terminal facilities at Los Angeles International Airport, pursuant to the Los Angeles International Airport Passenger Terminal Tariff, as amended\nPURPOSE: The purpose of the proposed action is to amend the methodology for establishing rates and charges that would be effective July 1, 2023, for use of terminal facilities and equipment at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), pursuant to the LAX Passenger Terminal Tariff, as amended.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (31) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; approve the amendment to the methodology for establishing rates and charges that would be effective July 1, 2023, for use of terminal facilities and equipment at Los Angeles international Airport, pursuant to the Los Angeles International Airport Passenger Terminal Tariff, as amended; and further approve amendment to Resolution 27277 for the changes described in the staff report.
