5. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH GREAT WESTERN INSTALLATIONS, INC. FOR PLAYGROUND\nAND CONCRETE SURFACE REPAIRS AT CITY CHILD CARE FACILITIES.\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve plans and specifications for the playground surface repairs at the City's Claire Brown Child Care\nfacility (CBC) located at 305 South Euclid Street; and the City's Girl's Activity Building (GAB) located at 500\nGranada Avenue;\nB. Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Great Western Installations, Inc.\nin an amount not to exceed $79,059.20; and,\nC. Approve an appropriation of $79,059.20 from the state grant funded General Child Care Contract Fund to\ncomplete the necessary funding for this project.
