RESOLUTION NO.      - Consent to Assignment of Leases VNA-8627 and VNA-9098 with Western Jet Aviation, Inc.:  For transfer of ownership interest in said lessee of premises located at 16101 Saticoy Street at Van Nuys Airport to StandardAero Aviation Holdings, Inc. \nPURPOSE: Staff requests approval of the Consent to Assignment of Leases VNA-8627 and VNA-9098 with Western Jet Aviation Inc., to allow transfer of ownership interest in said company to StandardAero Aviation Holdings, Inc. \nRECOMMENDATIONS: Adoption of the Report requesting that the Board of Airport Commissioners determine that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1 (18)(c) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines; consent to assignment of Leases VNA-8627 and VNA-9098 with Western Jet Aviation, Inc.; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to execute the Consent to Assignment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
