12. APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023/24 Article XIII B\nof the State Constitution requires each City to annually adopt a limit on\nappropriations for all governmental funds. The following recommendation\nand attached worksheets are based on the Fiscal Year 2023/24 Proposed\nBudget as presented to the City Council on June 20, 2023.\nRecommendation: 1.
