Approve Professional Services Agreement with Peregrine Technologies, Inc. and\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer agreement and\nrelated documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Professional Services Agreement with Glass Box\nTechnology, Inc. dated July 1, 2022 for services to integrate software with the Police\nDepartment network and selected database programs.\n3.
