4. DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED CHECKS FOR AMOUNTS $15.00 OR GREATER\nPURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 50050 - 50053\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve voiding unclaimed checks of fifteen dollars or greater that remain uncashed\nafter three years from the date of issuance and remain unclaimed forty -five days\nfollowing the Notice of Publication.\n2. Authorize Administrative Services Director to transfer the resulting funds to the general\nfund or other funds as appropriate.
