CONTRACT AWARD - CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\n(CEQA) REVIEW SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BLUFFS AT BOCA\nPROJECT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-49, which will:\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. 23-28, by and between the\nCity of San Clemente and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., providing for\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review services in connection with\nthe Bluffs at Boca Project, in the amount of $54,903.
