Successor Agency Staffing Support Services for FY 2023-\n24 for Assistance with Submitting Last and Final ROPS\nFiscal Impact: Expense: $15,000 Budgeted: $15,000\nSuccessor Agency Professional Services (547525-6499)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil, acting in its sole capacity as the Successor Agency\nto the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of\nPlacentia, take the following actions:\n1) Approve the Professional Services Agreement with\nKosmont & Associates, Inc. dba Kosmont Companies\nfor an amount not-to-exceed $15,000 for a term\nending June 30, 2024; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator to approve a one (1)\nyear contract term extension based on Consultant’s\nperformance and at the discretion of the City; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nPSA with Kosmont & Associates\nKosmont Services Proposal
