17. CONSIDERATION OF CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH\nTHE LAKE FOREST CHAMBER OF COMMERCE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve a Contractual Services Agreement\nbetween the City of Lake Forest and Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce\nfor Business Development and Attraction services in the amount of $27,000\nfor Fiscal Year 2023-24. 2.
