4. Approval of Maintenance Services Agreement for City Wide HVAC\nMaintenance and Repair Services with First Response Air Conditioning &\nHeating, Inc.\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide HVAC\nMaintenance and Repair Services in the not-to-exceed amount of $75,000\nper year for Fiscal Years 2023-24 through 2025-26, subject to extension\nadministratively for two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency per year of the total contract\nvalue in the amount of $15,000 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and\nauthorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional\nwork with First Response Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $90,000 per year, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with First Response\nAir Conditioning & Heating Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non-\nsubstantive changes.
