APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF MORENO VALLEY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE JOINT\nAPPLICATION WITH INFLECTION POINT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT\nGROUP, LLC TO AND PARTICIPATION IN THE HOMEKEY PROGRAM\n(Report of: Financial & Management Services)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 2023-XX of the City Council of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, authorizing the joint application with Inflection Point\nDesign and Development Group, LLC to and participation in the Homekey\nprogram.\n2. Authorize the Assistant City Manager/Chief Financial Officer to execute\nthe Application, MOU and any Homekey Documents on behalf of the City\nof Moreno Valley, for participation in the Homekey Program.
