A.16. AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD AGREEMENTS TO INTERWEST\nCONSULTING GROUP, HR GREEN PACIFIC, INC. AND LADAYU\nCONSULTING GROUP FOR SENIOR ENGINEER CONSULTANT\nSERVICES WHICH ARE FUNDED THROUGH THE CITY'S PLAN REVIEW\nFEES IN CONNECTION WITH SERVICES REQUESTED BY\nDEVELOPERS/LANDOWNERS/APPLICANTS (Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award Agreements for Professional Consultant Services with Interwest\nConsulting Group (Interwest), HR Green Pacific (HR Green), and\nLadayu Consulting Group (Ladayu) to provide on-call Senior Engineer\nConsultant Services for the Land Development Division; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreements for Professional\nConsultant Services with Interwest, HR Green Pacific, and Ladayu for\nthe total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $906,880 over the entire\ntwo-year term of the agreements, which include a one-year extension,\nbeginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of Purchase Orders to Interwest, HR Green\nPacific, and Ladayu, and authorize the Chief Financial Officer to\napprove subsequent related Purchase Orders for annual extensions\nup to a maximum of one annual extension with each consultant, in\naccordance with the approved terms of the Agreement; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent extensions\nand/or amendments to the Agreements, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney, and provided sufficient funding is available within the\nCity Council previously approved Operating Budget.
