AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT A GRANT PROPOSAL FOR THE\nTRANSFORMATIVE CLIMATE COMMUNITIES (TCC) ROUND 5 PLANNING\nGRANT PROGRAM FUNDS (Report of: Community Development)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. ADOPT Resolution No. 2023-XX, authorizing City staff to submit an\napplication for Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Round 5\nPlanning Grants Program Funds in the amount of $ 300,000 for\nseveral projects as required by the grant guidelines, and authorizing\nthe City Manager to execute an agreement to accept grant funds.
