PA03-0086 (TM 31592) - EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS TRANSFERRING\nTHE CITY'S TITLE INTEREST IN STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS TO THE\nRIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION\nDISTRICT DEVELOPER - KB HOME CALIFORNIA, LLC (Report of: Public\nWorks)\nRecommendations:\n1. Accept the storm drain easements within Lots “L”, “S”, and “T”\ndedicated on Tract Map 31592 for construction and maintenance of\nflood control facilities as well as access easements within Lots “L” and\n“S” for ingress and egress; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Quitclaim Deeds\ntransferring all rights, title, and interest in and to the storm drain and\naccess easements recorded on Tract Map 31592, recorded in Map\nBook 461, Pages 57 through 80 inclusive, in the Official Records of\nRiverside County, California and by separate instrument DOC#2018-\n0326762, to Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation\nDistrict (RCFC&WCD); and\n3. Direct the City Clerk to forward the signed Quitclaim Deeds to\nRiverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for\nfurther processing and recordation.
