F. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER AND\nASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,900 TO PROVIDE\nNATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PROGRAM\nMANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24\nStaff seeks to award a Professional Services Agreement with John L. Hunter and\nAssociates, Inc. to provide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\nProgram Management Support Services and approve purchase orders in the\namount not to exceed $46,900 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and $7,035 in an\nadditional contingency amount. Funding for the first year of this Professional\nServices Agreement is included in the Stormwater (Measure W) account.\nHowever, due to Consumer Price Index annual increases, the costs will vary\nduring the length of the agreement. As such, funding for future fiscal years will\nbe planned and budgeted accordingly.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute\na Professional Service Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. and\napprove purchase orders in the amount not to exceed $46,900 and a\ncontingency amount of $7,035 from the Stormwater (Measure W) account 138-\n800-03-22-000 for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
