P. Consideration and possible action to award professional services agreements\nand amendments for various Public Works services. (Awwad)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to All City\nManagement Services, Inc. for school crossing guard and related services in\nthe amount of up to $129,865 plus a 15% contingency for Fiscal Year 2023-24\nand two optional one-year extensions; 2) Award a professional services\nagreement to Rigg Consulting Inc. for civil engineering services in the amount\nof up to $300,000 plus a 15% contingency of for a five-year term; 3) Approve\nAmendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services Inc. for environmental cleanup and related services,\nincreasing the compensation by up to $390,000 plus a 15% contingency, and\nextending the term by two years; 4) Affirm a budget transfer of $68,302 from\nvarious unspent budget accounts to fund additional environmental cleanup\nservices by Ocean Blue Environment Services Inc. in FY 2022-23; 5) Approve\nAmendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Valley\nMaintenance Corporation for janitorial and custodial services, increasing the\ncompensation by up to $300,000 plus a 15% contingency, and extending the\nterm by three years; 6) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services\nagreement with Harris & Associates, Inc. for Landscape and Lighting\nMaintenance District administration, increasing the compensation by up to\n$15,805 for a total of up to $25,905 plus a 15% contingency, and extending\nthe term by one year; 7) Affirm retroactive contract authorization to the\nprofessional services agreement with Harris & Associates for work performed\non the FY 2021-22 Engineer's Report in the amount of $5,125; 8) Award a\nprofessional services agreement to Hardy & Harper Inc. for public works\nmaintenance and related services in the amount of up to $2,167,651 plus a\n15% contingency for a five-year term; 9) Award a professional services\nagreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. for right-of-way permitting,\n6/16/23, 12:07 PM rpv.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=5&event_id=2385\nreview, and related services in the amount of up to $308,880 plus a 15%\ncontingency for a one-year term;10) Award a professional services agreement\nto Sunbeam Consulting for right-of-way permitting, review, inspection, and\nother services in the amount of up to $3,159,456 plus a 15% contingency for a\nfive-year term; 11) Award a professional services agreement to MSW\nConsultants for solid waste management consulting and related services in the\namount of up to $379,090 plus a 15% contingency for a three-year term with\nan optional three-year extension; 12) Award a professional services\nagreement to Yunex, LLC for streetlight maintenance and related services in\nthe amount of up to $195,000 plus a 15% contingency for a three-year term\nwith an optional three-year extension; 13) Award a professional services\nagreement to Sweeping Corp of America (SCA) of California, LLC, for street\nsweeping and related services in the amount of up to $1,434,791 plus a 15%\ncontingency for a three-year term with an optional three-year extension; 14)\nAward a professional services agreement to Yunex, LLC for traffic signal\nmaintenance and related services in the amount of up to $420,000 plus a 15%\ncontingency for a three-year term with an optional three-year extension; 15)\nApprove Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with\nGeosyntec Consultants, Inc., for stormwater quality monitoring, reporting, and\nrelated services, increasing the compensation by up to $172,526 for a total of\nup to $1,142,209 plus a 15% contingency; 16) Affirm a budget transfer of\n$101,876 from various unspent budget accounts to fund additional stormwater\nquality services in FY 2022-23; and, 17) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreements and amendments in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
