L. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto Acorn Technology Services for managed Information Technology (IT)\nservices. (Buchwald)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement (PSA) to\nAcorn Technology Services to provide managed IT services at an annual cost\nof $204,600 and not to exceed $900,000 for a period of four years, including\none optional one-year extension, and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the PSA, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
