J. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement\nto Infinity Technologies for geographic information systems (GIS) support\nservices. (Garrett)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement (PSA) with\nInfinity Technologies for GIS support services for a two-year term with an\noptional one-year extension to be exercised at the discretion of the Contract\nOfficer not to extend beyond June 30, 2025, at an annual cost of $75,000 and\na total not-to-exceed contract sum of $225,000; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor\nand City Clerk to execute the PSA in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
