3) CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ORDER THROUGH COOPERATIVE\nPURCHASING AGREEMENT TO MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING, LLC TO PROCURE\nLIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR CORTEZ PARK - PROJECT NO. 22016\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to issue a purchase order to Musco Sports Lighting,\nLLC for $431,430, for direct purchasing of new lighting equipment at Cortez Park through\nSourcewell Contract #071619-MSL; and\n2. Authorize 25% of the purchase order amount as contingency allowance to be used, if\nnecessary, with the Acting City Manager's approval, for unforeseen conditions.
