APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Contract\nServices between the City of Carson and Swayzer Corporation to\nprovide median landscaping maintenance services for an\nadditional $40,000 resulting in a total amount not-to-exceed\n$100,000 (Exhibit 1).\n2.
