Item No. 20. 2023-0437 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DAVID VOLZ DESIGN\nFOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR PROJECT NO. 1636:\nMILLS PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE a Professional Service Agreement with David Volz\nDesign for professional landscape architectural and engineering\nservices to complete the plans, specifications and estimates\n(PS&E) for Project No. 1636: Mills Park Improvement Project, for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $365,875.\n2. AUTHORIZE a 10% contingency in the amount of $36,587.50 to\ncover any necessary additional design and consultation cost\nassociated with unforeseen conditions of the project during the\ndesign phase.\n3.
