14.2 Consideration and Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Vasquez &\nCompany LLP to Provide Professional Independent Auditing Services for a Term of\nThree (3) Years (FY 2023-2025) and Two (2) Optional Years (FY 2026-2027).\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Vasquez & Company LLP, to provide\nprofessional services independent auditing for a term of three (3) years (FY 2023-2025)\nand two (2) optional years (FY 2026-2027) in an amount not-to-exceed $716,734, subject\nto confirming edits recommended by the City Attorney; and\n2.
