12.6 Approval of Contract Extension with Trio Community Meals to Provide Meals for the\nElderly Nutrition Program for Fiscal Year 2023/2024.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a one (1) year contract extension with Trio Community Meals, to\ncontinue to provide meals for the Elderly Nutrition Program. The Agreement amount is\napproximately $171,000 and shall not exceed this sum during the term of the Agreement.\nThe proposed extension of the Food Services Agreement is included as Attachment 1;\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Food Service s Agreement\nextension; and\n3.
