Consider and approve a Contract Service Agreement with AME Builders, Inc. to remove\nand replace the entire existing Community Center Roof for an amount not-to-exceed\n$1,504,631;\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute a Contract Service Agreement\nwith AME Builders, Inc.; and\n3.
