5.21 CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL CIVIL\nENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES THROUGH JUNE\n30, 2026.\nRecommended Action:\nA. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Consulting\nServices Agreement with Cannon Corporation for a three-year term,\nwith an option to extend for an additional two years, in an annual not-\nto-exceed amount of $62,500;\nB. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Consulting\nServices Agreement with HR Green Pacific, Inc. for a three-year term,\nwith an option to extend for an additional two years, in an annual not-\nto-exceed amount of $62,500;\nC. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Consulting\nServices Agreement with TAIT & Associates, Inc. for a three-year term,\nwith an option to extend for an additional two years, in an annual not-\nto-exceed amount of $50,000; and\nD. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to sign, the Consulting\nServices Agreement with LAE & Associates, Inc. for a three-year term,\nwith an option to extend for an additional two years, in an annual not-\nto-exceed amount of $100,000.\nRequested by: Public Works Department
