5.7 PURCHASE OF A NEW ENTERPRISE LAND MANAGEMENT (ELM)\nSYSTEM, INCLUDING RELATED HARDWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION\nSERVICES.\nRecommended Action:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nTyler Technologies to provide an Enterprise Land Management (ELM)\nSystem, related implementation services, and the first year of\nMaintenance in an amount of $826,517;\nB. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nGo Live Technology to provide consulting services during the\nimplementation of the ELM system in an amount not-to-exceed\n$200,000;\nC. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to, seek competitive bids and\npurchase, two (2) servers required for the ELM system in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $50,000; and\nD.
