12.o First Amendment to the “Piggyback” Contract with United Water Works, Inc. for the\nPurchase of Water Repair Parts and Supplies\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the “Piggyback” Contract\nAuthorization with United Water Works, Inc. for the purchase of water repair parts and\nsupplies to increase compensation by $19,700 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of\n$118,200, annually and extend the term through June 30, 2025; and\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-47 appropriating $19,700 from available Water Fund Balance\nto Water Distribution Fund.
