12.n Citrus Avenue Street Rehabilitation Project – Final Acceptance and Filing Notice of\nCompletion and Adopt Resolution CC 2023-46\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Accept the work performed by Gentry Brothers, Inc.;\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the Citrus Avenue Street\nRehabilitation Project; and\n3. Approve Resolution CC 2023-46 appropriating $241,250 from Metro Measure M Multi-\nYear Subregional Program Grant Funds to reflect a total grant allotment of $1,741,250.
