City Council to receive and file the Engineer’s Report; and\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-45 declaring the City’s intention to levy and collect\nassessments on Vehicle Parking District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2024 and setting the Public\nHearing date for July 18, 2023 for hearing protests in relation thereto.
