Adopt Resolution CC 2023-44 approving participation in the Third Year of the Los\nAngeles Urban County Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program, specifying use of\nPLHA funds, and amending the FY 2022-2023 Community Development Budget; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the participating agreement and\nrelated documents.
