12.u Acceptance of California Highway Patrol Grant Funding\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve Resolution CC 2023-61 accepting $499,546.72 in grant funding from the\nCannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP) under the California Highway Patrol;\n2. Increasing the Police Department FY 2023-24 budget to allocate said funding; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the grant documents.
