5. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS,\nSPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE OF CIP 2022-11 HUNTINGTON PARK LITTER\nABATEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award the preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate of CIP 2022-11\nHuntington Park Litter Abatement and Beautification Project to Infrastructure\nEngineers for a not-to-exceed amount of $249,290; and\n2. Appropriate $249,290 from Measure M funds; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the professional services agreement.
