13) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO\nCONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8237 approving the City of San Fernando continue participation in\nthe Los Angeles Urban County Community Development Block Grant Program and a\nCooperation Agreement (Contract No. 2167) with the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
