10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH MLA GREEN, INC. DBA STUDIO-MLA FOR THE SAN FERNANDO PACOIMA\nWASH BIKEWAY AND PEDESTRIAN PATH PROJECT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with MLA Green,\nInc. dba Studio-MLA (Contract No. 2124(b)) increasing the not-to-exceed budget amount\nfrom $89,335 to $122,480 (increase of $33,145) for construction engineering support\nservices related to the San Fernando Pacoima Wash Bikeway and Pedestrian Path Project;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to approve up to an additional $25,000 to address unforeseen\nconstruction engineering and design services necessary to avoid construction delays for\nthe San Fernando Pacoima Wash Bikeway and Pedestrian Path Project; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
