14) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST, A SAFEBUILT COMPANY, FOR ON-CALL BUILDING AND\nCODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a first Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Interwest, a\nSAFEbuilt Company (Contract No. 2165(a)), for on-call Building Inspection Services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount to $100,000 and to expand the scope of work to\ninclude all necessary services for Building and Safety operation and Code Enforcement\nServices; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
