15) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nSAN FERNANDO, THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, AND 18\nGOVERNMENT AGENCIES REGARDING THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING\nPROGRAM AND WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER\nWATERSHED MANAGEMENT AREA\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (Contract No. 2168) between the City of San\nFernando, the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, and 18 Government Agencies\nRegarding the Administration and Cost Sharing for Implementing the Coordinated\nIntegrated Monitoring Program and Watershed Management Plan for the Upper Los\nAngeles River Watershed Management Area; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and all related documents.
