9) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR\nAND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 FUNDS AND APPROVING THE PROJECT LIST FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2023-2024\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept $584,584 in Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (SB 1)\nFunds and approve the proposed project list to be funded by the SB 1 Local Streets and\nRoads Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8241 approving the list of projects for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 funded\nby SB 1; and\nc. Authorize staff to submit all required documents to the California Transportation\nCommission.
