3) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023\nSALARY PLAN TO IMPLEMENT CHANGES IN MINIMUM WAGE FOR CERTAIN PART-TIME\nEMPLOYEES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8206 amending the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Salary Plan to implement\nchanges in minimum wage for certain part-time employees; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive corrections and execute all related\ndocuments.
