AMENDING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER TO\nPROVIDE RAPID RE-HOUSING SERVICES AND APPROVING A RELATED GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE\nDEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT – 1) Adoption of a resolution approving an\namendment to a professional services agreement with the Community Resource Center to provide\nrapid re-housing assistance and case management services to assist individuals and households\nexperiencing homelessness in the City of Carlsbad; and\n2) Adoption of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a grant agreement and related\nprogram documents with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care\nProgram.
