Accept Traffic Signal Battery Back System Improvements, and Authorize\nthe Filing of a Notice of Completion for City Project, CIP 20-197 Citywide\nTraffic Signal Battery Back-up Systems (BBS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council: Accept the construction\nimprovements by Yunex LLC (dba Yunex Traffic) and authorize the\nrecordation of a Notice of Completion for City Project No. CIP 20-197\nCitywide Traffic Signal Battery Back-up Systems (BBS); and Authorize the\nrelease of retention funds in the amount of $14,625.00 to Yunex LLC upon\nthe expiration of 35-day notice period.\nSTAFF REPORT
