City Council: Approval of an amendment to two Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) with NV5,\nInc. for as-needed construction management services and construction inspection services to\naugment staff through June 2023 in the amount of $100,000 and $150,000 respectively, for a total\nnot-to-exceed three-year PSA maximum amount of $750,000 and $600,000 respectively; and\nauthorization for the City Manager to execute the amendments upon the receipt of all supporting\ndocuments, including any edits required by the City Attorney that do not result in any addition to\nthe compensation paid to the Consultants
