(7)\n23-0002-S51\nChief Legislative Analyst report and Resolution (Yaroslavsky – Raman) relative to establishing the City’s position regarding the City’s 2023-24 State Legislative Program for Assembly Bill 963 (Schiavo), the End the Foster Care-to-Homelessness Pipeline Act, which would require the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank) to guarantee qualified loans for the construction, acquisition, and renovation for housing for current or former foster youth who are 18 to 25 years of age.
