1. COMMENDATIONS: K9 OFFICER SERGIO LLAMAS AND HIS PARTNER OTIS –\nF2M23-3\nMayor Andrade-Stadler and the Alhambra City Council, on behalf of the citizens of\nAlhambra, wish to commend and thank Alhambra Police K9 Officer Sergio Llamas and\nhis partner, Otis, for their outstanding and dedicated service that led to an arrest on\nNovember 17, 2022. During a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation, K9 Otis alerted\nofficers to a false fire extinguisher in the vehicle which held approximately 50,000 fentanyl\npills. The City of Alhambra is proud of the Alhambra Police Department K9 Unit for their\ndiligent training and service to our community. Mayor Andrade-Stadler will present\ncommendations to K9 Officer Llamas and K9 Otis.\nPRESENTATIONS
