Annual Maintenance Program for Pool Maintenance Related Services at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Seventh Amendment to the existing pool maintenance\ncontract with 1st Choice Pool & Spa Solutions for the subject services for the period of July\n1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $520,000.00; and (2) authorize issuance of a\nchange order to 1st Choice Pool & Spa Solutions for the period of July 1, 2023 through June\n30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $260,000.00 pending the adoption of the 2023-2025\nbudget by City Council.
