Annual Maintenance Program for Plumbing and Related Services at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Award a contract to Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air, Inc. for the\nAnnual Maintenance Program for Plumbing and Related Services for the period of July 1,\n2023 to June 30, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $270,000.00; and (2) authorize the issuance\nof a purchase order to Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air, Inc. for the period July 1, 2023 to\nJune 30, 2024, in amount not to exceed $135,000.00, pending adoption of the Fiscal Year\n2023-2025 budget by the City Council.
