4.10 Renewed Measure M (M2) Compliance Reporting to the Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA)\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the Measure M (M2)\nCompliance Submittal to OCTA including, but not limited, to the Seven-Year\nCapital Improvement Program; 2) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING\nTHE STATUS AND UPDATE OF THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT, AND MITIGATION FEE\nPROGRAM FOR the MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM;" and 3) Adopt a Resolution\nentitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS,\nCALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE UPDATE OF THE LOCAL SIGNAL\nSYNCHRONIZATION PLAN FOR THE MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM."
