4.11 Award of Four Professional Services Agreements To: 1) Civic Solutions,\nInc.; 2) Sagecrest Planning and Environmental, Inc.; 3) T&B Planning, Inc.;\nand 4) CSG Consultants, Inc., for On-Call Planning and Environmental\nConsulting Services.\nRecommendation: That the City Council award four Professional Services\nAgreements to: 1) Civic Solutions, Inc.; 2) Sagecrest Planning and Environmental,\nInc.; 3) T&B Planning, Inc.; and 4) CSG Consultants, Inc., for On-Call Planning and\nEnvironmental Consulting Services, in the total not to exceed contract amount of\n$500,000 for a term of five (5) years, respectively, and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute each of the four proposed Professional Services Agreements.
