City Manager\n7.1.1 Agreement for the Commissioning of a Large-Scale Bronze\nSculpture and Memorial Monument to Recognize the United\nStates Marines of the 3RD Battalion, 5TH Marines and Our\nNation's Armed Forces\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1) Approve the Agreement between the City of Laguna Hills and Brittany\nRyan to Commission Original Work of Art and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the Agreement; and\n6\n2) Authorize the Finance Director to amend the budget in the Public Art\nFund in the amount of $150,000.
