1. Approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with NMAI LLC for inspection\nservices to: i) modify the entity name from NMA Inspections LLC to NMAI LLC as recorded with\nthe California Secretary of State; ii) incorporate two additional one-year renewal terms,\nextending the potential termination date to June 30, 2026; iii) increase the maximum\ncompensation to $1,314,000 to incorporate funding for the additional two one-year extensions,\nincrease in the administrative fee per inspection, and increase in the volume of work; iv)\nremove the annual compensation limit for work performed during Fiscal Year 2021/22 that\nexceeded the annual limit by $11,271; v) add language clarifying that the contract is by and\nbetween NMAI and the Housing Authority rather than the City of Anaheim; and vi) authorize the\nExecutive Director of the Anaheim Housing Authority, or designee, to execute the amendment.
